Service Description
You must book a Discovery Call prior to booking your first Scar Work treatment. If you book the session without first having a consultation, it will not go ahead and you will be refunded. Following your Discovery Call, you will be instructed to book this service if deemed right for you.
Cancellation Policy
Client Obligations: Prior to initial session, client must complete consent and medical form to the best of their knowledge and disclose all known medical conditions. Treatments cannot be administered without completed form or permission from a medical professional where necessary. Be conscious of personal hygiene Treatment maybe refused on the grounds of intoxication or inappropriate behaviour Payments and Bookings Policy: Payment must be made prior to session Full refund/rescheduling is offered only if cancellation is made up to 48 hours ahead of the session Partial refund only offered up to 24 hours ahead of session No refund offered after 24 hours Repeat cancellations or rearranged sessions may result in refusal of future treatments All bookings are non-transferrable unless purchased via a Gift Voucher Arrive to the session 5 minutes prior to scheduled time. All sessions will end at scheduled time regardless of client's arrival
