Penelope Zikic is a dedicated and diverse yoga teacher and manual therapist, specialising in one-to-one and bespoke modalities that nourish and promote the body's innate ability to heal, including breath practices, yoga guidance, Thai yoga massage, facelift massage, conservative facelift treatments, facial exercise  and Sharon Wheeler's Scarwork.
